Master Sgt. Gerald Davis, 755th Air Expeditionary Group, Bravo Flight, unrolls detonation cord at Tarnak Range outside Kandahar Air Field, Afghanistan, as he walks toward the radio receiver which will send the signal through the cord to detonate the 400 pounds of explosives being disposed of. Senior Airman Bryan Hunt, RC-South Counter IED Branch, stands in the hole (behind Davis) with the explosives, giving the stack a last once over.
