Noor Hassam Oudah, known as "Baby Nourah," looks around during a celebration in her honor, Dec. 9. The one year old was born blind with congenital cataracts and Soldiers of 150th Armored Reconnaissance Squadron, 30th Heavy Brigade Combat Team, their families and friends raised $5,000 for expenses and setup her surgery through the al-Khalidi Medical Center in Amman, Jordan. Baby Nourah received surgery Nov. 15; three days after her first birthday.
