Third Army Soldier Staff Sgt. Christopher Brown, 1st TSC, Alhambra, Calif., walks through the Archway of Responsibility, which symbolizes the transformation of a lower enlisted Soldier to a leader, during a Non Commissioned Officer Induction Ceremony at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Dec. 11. The ceremony recognized Brown as a member of a time honored corps known as 'The Backbone of the Army'. Brown is currently serving Third Army, whose primary mission involves the buildup of troops and equipment in Afghanistan.
