Sgt. Maj. Darryl J. Sisneros, former sergeant major, I Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters Group, I MEF, passes the ceremonial noncommissioned officer sword to Col. Roberta L. Shea, the commanding officer of I MHG, during a relief and appointment ceremony aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Nov. 19, 2015.
