Amy Ortiz and her husband, Gunnery Sgt. Frank Ortiz, the maintenance control chief for Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 367, Marine Aircraft Group 40, Marine Expeditionary Brigade-Afghanistan, talk through a video teleconference system setup by MEB-Afghanistan during the taping of Amy's appearance on ABC's talk show "The View" Dec. 3. Amy was selected for a makeover segment of the show, but what she didn't know was, during the show, her husband was awaiting his chance to surprise her through this setup and comment on her makeover.
