U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Brandon Parrish, Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) augmentee, searches for metal hits Dien Bien province, Vietnam, Nov. 13, 2015. The recovery team is in search of two crewmembers lost in an F-4C aircraft crash during the Vietnam War. Parrish is an EOD team leader deployed from Kunsan Air Base, South Korea. DPAA deploys specialized recovery teams to countries throughout Asia, the Pacific and Europe, as well as to sites in the United States to provide the fullest possible accounting for our missing personnel to their families and the nation.
