Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Bob Gasparas, a machinery technician, and Cmdr. Charlene Downey, members of the Coast Guard Maritime Safety and Security Team 91103 from Los Angeles-Long Beach, Calif., participate in a unit Pearl Harbor Memorial Run. The run took unit members to the top of John Paul Jones Hill, the highest point at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Dec. 7, 2009. MSST 91103 is deployed here to perform maritime anti-terrorism and force protection duties for Joint Task Force Guantanamo.
