Recruits of Fox Company, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, conduct exercises with ammunition cans during the Bases and Circuit Course event at Marine Corps Recruits Depot San Diego, Nov. 17. Recruits were instructed to conduct a war cry for motivation during their workout. Today, all males recruited west of the Mississippi are trained at MCRD San Diego. The depot is responsible for training more than 16,000 recruits annually. Fox Company is scheduled to graduate Jan. 29.
