Members of the Riverdale, Md., based 450th Civil Affairs Battalion board a C-130 through the rear cargo ramp in preparation for a night jump at Blackstone Army Airfield, Fort Pickett, Va., Nov. 21, 2009. The jump was part of a three-day training exercise to prepare the unit for Operation Southbound Trooper, a joint training mission with a Canadian Civil-Military Cooperation unit scheduled for late February.
