15th Marine Expeditionary Unit

SOUTH CHINA SEA (Nov. 16, 2015) U.S. Sailors and Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 15, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, run to simulated causalities during a mass-casualty drill on the flight deck of the USS Essex (LHD 2). The Marines and Sailors honed their skills to become quicker and more efficient should a situation arise where medical attention is needed.
