(Nov. 4, 2015) – Charlene Rees, tobacco cessation coordinator, Naval Hospital (NH) Jacksonville Wellness Center, counsels a service member on the dangers of tobacco use and provides assistance to help quit. Wellness Center staff conduct one-on-one tobacco consultations (walk-in or by appointment) and offer three group classes each week.
