Young present the Florida state flag during the departure ceremony for Joint Task Force Archangel, Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015, at the 164th Air Defense Artillery (ADA) Brigade Headquarters in Orlando, Fla. The Task Force will provide command and control support to the Homeland Defense mission by protecting the National Capital Region (NCR) with the use of radar, ground based air defense systems and communications equipment.
