U.S. Marines with 2nd Assault Amphibian Battalion, currently attached to 1st Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division (MARDIV), prepare their AAV-A1 assault amphibious vehicles before a mechanized assault course during Integrated Training Exercise 1-16 aboard Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, Calif., Oct. 30, 2015.
