Coast Guard Lt. j.g. Travis Noyes and Petty Officer 2nd Class Michael Pugh, both from the cutter Crocodile, transfer Luke Finch to awaiting crewmembers on a cutter Crocodile smallboat in the Gulf of Mexico Dec. 1, 2009.
