During a Leadership Reaction Course at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pa., Wednesday Oct. 21, 2015, Sgt. Kevin Simms, an Army Reserve soldier with Bravo Company, 392nd Expeditionary Signal Battalion, balances on a wooden plank, eight feet up in the air, while transferring a bundle of rope between two groups of his teammates. Soldiers had to transfer all seven members of their team, along with three ammo boxes and the rope, across the platform and back in order to complete the mission.
