INDIAN OCEAN (Nov. 4, 2015) U.S Marines and Sailors with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit wait for directions during a mass-casualty drill on the flight deck of the USS Essex (LHD 2).The Marines and Sailors honed their skills to become quicker and more efficient should a situation arise where medical attention is needed.
