An A-10C Thunderbolt II from 66th Weapons Squadron, United States Air Force Weapons School out of Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., provides close-air support to Strykers from Bravo Company, 3rd Battalion, 41st Infantry Regiment, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division during Hustler Trough II at Fort Bliss, Texas, Nov. 4, 2015. Hustler Trough II is a joint fires exercise with participants from more than 10 different Army and Air Force elements from across the United States. The exercise will provide a realistic training environment for Joint terminal attack controllers (JTACS), 7th Air Support Operations Squadron, Fort Bliss to call in artillery fire from ground based, fixed wing and rotary wing elements.
