    Capt. Paul Haggerty, 2nd Brigade, 1st Armored Division, does sit-ups during the Ranger Physical Fitness Assessment portion of the 1st Armored Division Individual Best Ranger Competition held here Oct. 27-29 The RPFA was the first of seven events Haggerty and the other candidates competed in to determine a primary and alternate Ranger Buddy team to represent Fort Bliss at the 2016 David E. Grange Best Ranger Competition at Fort Benning, Ga.
