The Marine Corps’ Internally Transportable Vehicle (ITV) carrying Small Unit Decision Aids (SUDA) leads a platoon through a demonstration patrol route utilizing the SUDA gear during the Agile Bloodhound 2015 demonstration aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Oct. 29, 2015. Agile Bloodhound 15 was conducted Oct. 19 - 29 at MCBH to highlight research and development efforts and associated technologies that support the expeditionary warfighter. Part of AB15 was the use of Small Unit Decision Aids (SUDA), which allows Marines to quickly send and receive relevant information to other vehicles or personnel during operations via mobile device. “This technology enables the Marines to get the information they need in real time when they are deploying or en route to an operation,” said Tim Wasiliton, a System Engineer Contractor at the Office of Naval Research. “They don’t have to stop and wait for the information since they can get it while on the move.” (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Jonathan E.
