U.S. Army Sgt First Class Phillip Arnold, California National Guard's 40th Infantry Division, Agribusiness Development Team security force Squad Leader and Sacramento resident, scans the horizon to identify threats while members from the ADT met with local government leaders and visited a local nursery. The ADT and senior civilian members of the U.S. Department of Agriculture and U.S. Agency for International Development checked on local farming conditions and gathered information on how to better assist increased crop production in the area.
