XVIII Airborne Corps' new commander, Lt. Gen. Frank G. Helmick, addresses guests in attendance of the XVIII Airborne Corps assumption of command ceremony, Nov. 19. A reception was held after the ceremony giving Helmick and his family the chance to meet many family and team members of the"Sky Dragons" family.
