John McHugh, Secretary of the Army and Maj. Gen. David G. Perkins, commander, 4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson, discuss the Army Force Generation way ahead for 4th Inf. Div. and Fort Carson Soldiers before a key leaders meeting Nov. 18 at the Raider Brigade Dining Facility. ARFORGEN is the process that is used to manage the force and ensure the ability to support demands for Army forces. During his visit McHugh toured the new 1st Brigade Combat Team complex and spoke to "Raider" Brigade Soldiers who are currently in the ready phase of the ARFORGEN process.
