    151027-N-PQ607-118 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Oct. 27, 2015) - Logistics Specialist 3rd Class Anhtu Pham, attached to the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), cuts lagging fabric to size prior to applying lagging paste. Blue Ridge is currently moored at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka undergoing a Selected Restricted Availability maintenance period, which will allow the ship to undertake future patrols, ensuring the safety and security of Pacific sea lanes.
