    KEYPORT, Wash. (Oct. 23, 2015) Cmdr. John Frye, right, from San Diego, relieves Cmdr. Jon Moretty, from Portland, Ore., as the Blue crew commanding officer of the Ohio-class ballistic-missile submarine USS Henry M. Jackson (SSBN 730) during a change of command ceremony held at the Naval Undersea Museum. Henry M. Jackson is one of eight Ohio-class ballistic-missile submarines homeported at Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor, and is the only Ohio-class submarine that is not named after a state.
