Members of the local military community participated in the Army Europe Information Technology Training Program’s Social Networking Site Awareness training at Vogelweh Air Base Community Center, Oct. 22. The training provided an overview of current cyber threats and practical tips for safe online computer activity. The program coincided with the Army’s annual observation of Cybersecurity Awareness Month. This year’s theme, “Stay Protected While Connected,” aims to create a culture of awareness to increase online operational readiness.
