    ARABIAN GULF (Oct. 16, 2015) A U.S. Marine with Lima Company, Battalion Landing Team 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, takes off running with water jugs during a deck shoot aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2). The Marines ran and grappled between courses of fire to practice shooting with an increased heart rate.
