A Coast Guard enhanced mobile incident command post (EMICP) is parked near Aids to Navigation Team New York, in Bayonne, N.J., to provide additional communications for operations during the Papal visit and United Nations General Assembly, Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2015. The primary function of the EMICP is to provide a spacious and climate controlled environment, voice and data connectivity as well as command and control capabilities on a mobile platform.
