151006-N-ZZ999-004 CEBU, Philippines (Oct. 06, 2015) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, and the Armed Forces Philippines 53rd Engineering Battalion work together to complete a concrete roof tie beam for the new classroom school building at Po’og Elementary School. The Seabees assigned to NMCB 3’s Construction Civic Action Detail (CCAD) Cebu, Philippines are constructing five classrooms at Po’og Elementary School. The CCAD’s mission is to execute engineering civic assistance projects, conduct skills exchanges with the host nation, and perform community relations events to help enhance shared capabilities and maintain relationships.
