(Oct. 9, 2015) — Builder 1st Class David Garcia, from Elko, Nev., fires simulated rounds from an M2 .50-caliber machine gun while acting as an enemy aggressor during Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4’s field training exercise. The battalion is conducting expeditionary construction under evaluation by Naval Construction Group (NCG) 1 as part of their homeport training cycle.
