Monique Ferrell, Department of the Army Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention Program director, discusses the reality of sexual harassment/assault and how it impacts the Army as a whole during the 2015 Junior Leaders SHARP Summit, Oct. 6 at the Golden Lion conference center, Vicenza, Italy. She explain the results of a study on sexual assault within the military, conducted by the RAND Corporation in 2014.
