151006-N-UG095-231 PACIFIC OCEAN (Oct. 06, 2015) Inspectors from the Navy’s Board of Inspection and Survey (INSURV), inspect the Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) sprinkler system in the upper vehicle deck aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4).
