Airmen from the 435th Contingency Response Squadron prepare shelters Sept. 13, 2015 in support of the U.S. Air Force’s personnel recovery mission at Diyarbakir Air Base, Turkey. The 435th CRG mobilizes and deploys advanced combat-ready tactical forces, communications equipment and airfield systems for wartime and contingency operations. The deployment of assets and personnel will enable the USAF to better assist with recovery of coalition partners should they need assistance in Syria or Iraq.
