U.S. Soldiers from the South Carolina Army National Guard’s 266th Engineer Detachment from the McCrady Training Center, pump fresh water into the main and sewer systems to replenish the supply at Palmetto Health Richland in Columbia, S.C., during a statewide flood response, Oct. 5, 2010.
