    ATLANTIC OCEAN (Oct. 4, 2015) Lt. Chris “TJ” Karapostoles, an F-35 Lightning II test pilot from the F-35 Pax River Integrated Test Force (ITF), is catapulted from the flight deck of USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69). Two F-35Cs assigned to the Salty Dogs of Air Test and Evaluation Squadron (VX) 23 are conducting the second phase of F-35 carrier suitability and integration developmental testing (DT-II) at sea.
