Armed Forces of the Philippines, Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force, U.S. Marines and U.S. Navy service members come together for the Command Post Exercise opening ceremony, Oct. 1, at Naval Forces Northwest during Amphibious Landing Exercise 2015.
