YOKOSUKA, Japan - (October 1, 2015) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus speaks to Sailors during an all hands call at the Fleet theater following the arrival of the USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) at Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan, Oct. 1. The Reagan replaced USS George Washington (CVN 73) as America's only forward-deployed aircraft carrier. CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, 83 tenant commands, and 24,000 military and civilian personnel.
