Army Lt. Col. Steven Goldsmith, assigned to Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines, gives a vitamin treatment to a cat at a veterinarian civil action project. With more than 50 animals that received care, JSOTF-P partnered with a local veterinarian to educate the populace on a variety of topics, including how to give injections, human-animal disease prevention, and ways to treat sick animals.
