Command Sgt. Maj. Marlo V. Cross surrenders the sword to Brig. Gen. Michael C. O’Guinn, a Newark, Ohio, native and the current commander of the Medical Readiness and Training Command. O’Guinn accepts the noncommissioned officer sword expressing gratitude for the faithful service Cross has given his command, thus releasing Cross from his responsibilities with great respect and gratitude. This ceremony took place at the Army Reserve Medical Command Headquarters in the morning of Sept. 24, 2015.
