Soldiers from 2nd Battalion, 22nd Infantry Regiment, 10th Mountain Division, set off on a five kilometer route for the 14th Annual Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation Run Sept. 27 in New York City. The run pays homage to NYC firefighter Stephen Siller who, on Sept. 11, 2001, ran from the Brooklyn entrance of the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel to the World Trade Center site in Manhattan in full gear in order to provide assistance to victims of the WTC attacks. Siller lost his life when the towers collapsed.
