Fort Carson firefighters work with City of Pueblo firefighters to remove debris during the rescue of a trapped citizen, caught in the Nov. 13, 2008, explosion at the Branch Inn restaurant in the historic district of Pueblo. FCFD responded to the incident to assist Pueblo Emergency Services after an explosion left one person dead and six injured. FCFD regularly assists regional neighbors as part of their mutual aid agreements.
