150929-N-EI558-007 KANAGAWA, Japan (Sept. 29, 2015) — Lt. Cmdr. David Sithibandith, assigned to Commander, Fleet Air Forward, performs a pre-flight inspection of a C-12 cargo plane on the Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi flight line. The inspection includes testing both prop engines, and other power lines before take-off is permitted.
