    Command Sgt. Maj. Wendell Jordan, 308th Brigade Support Battalion was the invited guess speaker during the 17th Fires Brigade NCO induction ceremony. "If there is one thing that I want you to take away from this speech here today, it's that respect is something that each of you must earn. Treat your Soldiers with respect and carry yourselves in a respectful and professional manor and your Soldiers will follow you where ever you lead them," said Jordan
