Godfrey Nkingo, education officer for the Tanga City Council, distributes packets of school supplies to students at the Tongoni Primary School in Tanga, Tanzania, Nov. 2. The school supplies, provided by People to People International, were delivered to the school by U.S. Navy Sailors assigned to Maritime Civil Affairs Team 214. MCAT 214 is currently assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.
