Ledbetter, chief special warfare boat operator, assigned to the U.S. Navy Parachute Team, the Leap Frogs, shows a midshipman from the U.S. Naval Academy's parachute team how to pack his parachute after a practice jump at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. The team performed in the area to raise awareness about Naval Special Warfare. The Leap Frogs are based in San Diego and perform freefall parachuting demonstrations across the United States.
