    A group of uniformed U.S. Coast Guard personnel are conducting a flag-raising ceremony at what appears to be a Coast Guard installation. Several members are rendering a salute while two personnel handle the halyard to raise the American flag up the flagpole. The ceremony takes place on a clear, sunny day on a paved ceremonial area.

The ceremony was held to pay respect to seven coastguardsmen who were lost at sea when a Coast Guard C-130 suffered a mid-air collision with a Marine Corps AH-1W helicopter, Oct. 29.
