Staff Sgt. Kyle McKee, a medic with 3rd Engineer Battalion, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division fastens the straps across a simulated casualty to secure him to a spine board to ensure he is immobilized for transport during the Expert Field Medical Badge training and testing at Fort Hood, Texas, Sept. 15.
