Military personnel in camouflage uniforms are constructing or assembling a wooden panel bridge over a trench or gap in arid terrain near a coastline. The structure appears to be a tactical bridging system with green-painted wooden slat panels. The activity appears to be a training exercise involving both U.S. Marines (MARPAT camouflage) and soldiers in a different camouflage pattern.
