    Col. Michael T. Harvey (center), the garrison commander of Fort Buchanan, walks in between Col. Carlos Martinez (right), chief of the joint staff for the Puerto Rico National Guard and Col. Samuel Agosto, the operations officer for the PRNG during a visit to Camp Santiago Joint Maneuver Training Center Sept. 17. The purpose of the visit is to evaluate the capabilities of Camp Santiago in hopes of doing collective training between the Reserve and National Guard in the near future.
