Roxanna Reyes, military personnel noncommissioned officer in charge, Army & Air Force Exchange Service, make the ceremonious first cut in a cake to celebrate the U.S. Air Force’s 68th birthday during a ceremony at the Exchange headquarters in Dallas, Sept. 18, 2015. Applegate and Reyes, the oldest and youngest Airmen assigned to the Exchange headquarters respectively, teamed up to cut the cake as part of a time-honored tradition representing the service’s past and future.
