A heavily equipped tactical operator is positioned among rocks at the water's edge during nighttime conditions. The individual is wearing full combat/diving gear including a helmet with mounted devices, diving mask, and appears to be emerging or observing from a rocky shoreline. Light reflections on the dark water surface suggest an artificial light source nearby.
